16cm Flex Curved Filleting Knife, primarily used for filleting and skinning soft boned fish where it easy to glide straight along the fish’s spine. The flexibility and extra length also makes this knife a great choice for skinning fillets and filleting large pelagic fish like Spanish Mackerel and Mahi Mahi.
15cm Straight Boning Knife, we recommend using this knife for smaller reef species like Mangrove Jack and Rock Blackfish the extra stiffness and shorter length gives great control of the blade making it ideal for navigating a stubborn rib cage. The straight point tip makes it easy to start the initial incision on fish with scales.
13cm Skinning Knife, this knife is ideal for large reef fish or fish with complex bone structures. The heavy-duty blade means you can cut right through some of the toughest fish bones around. It is great for fish like Black Spot Tusk Fish or Mulloway. Due to the rather blunt point on this knife, we recommend starting the initial cuts with the Straight Boning Knife to make it easier to get under the scales.
Cut Resistant Filleting Glove, a little bit of extra protection for when you are filleting those extra slippery fish. It may save you from a stray blade.
Ceramic Pull Through Knife Sharpener, designed to keep an edge on your knives without needing a degree in knife sharpening. Simply Pull the Knife through the sharpener a few times to get your dull blade back up to scratch. Please note that this sharpener is not designed to get chips out of your blade, in the case of more extreme damage you will need to use steel or stone.
